摘 要:通过盆栽试验研究土壤菌对喷播基质物理性质及抗冲抗剪性能的影响。结果表明:土壤菌与黑麦草出苗率及盖度、容重、抗冲性、抗剪性4种基质效应指标之间存在着显著的相互作用关系。土壤菌的应用,明显增加土壤微生物量,基质结构基得到明显改善(基质容重降低了0.10 g/cm3),喷播植物的出苗率和盖度分别增加了55%和0.21,喷播基质抗冲抗剪能力得到改善,这既有微生物菌种对基质物理结构的改善作用,也有促进植物生长和覆盖对地表的保护作用。Effects of soil fungi on the physical properties and anti-scour(resistance to shear) ability of soil seeding matrix with a pot plant experiment were studied.Results showed that function of soil fungi was obviously with physical structural of soil seeding matrix.Added to the soil fungi,increased the number of edaphon,the structure of soil seeding matrix,vegention growth situation,anti-scour ability and resistance to shear ability were improved obviously,among the matrix density impruved 0.10 g/cm3,seeding rate and gover were improved 55% and 0.21,the result was decided by two factors.One was soil microorganism direct effect that the activity of soil microorganism improved,another one was that hat the activity of soil microorganism made the growth of vegetation speedily and increased the vegetation cover rate,so the surface of soil was protected,and the soil water loss were reduced.
