摘  要:从泰山著名景区红门、斗母宫、中天门、南天门、碧霞祠、玉皇顶采集土壤样品,进行了旅游活动对土壤重金属污染的影响研究,并分析了景点土壤重金属含量对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着旅游业的快速发展旅游活动已经造成了泰山景区重金属的污染,从重金属综合污染指数看,污染最严重的景点是中天门(3.75),其次是碧霞祠;从重金属污染分级指数看污染最严重的两种元素是Pb和Zn。旅游活动对土壤酶活性造成了显著影响,影响程度随旅游强度和干扰类型有不同的变化,但土壤酶活性均表现为下降的趋势。土壤酶活性与重金属含量之间有较好的相关性,各重金属通过直接或间接作用影响酶的活性,酶活性的高低可以作为重金属复合污染的指标。In order to study the effect of tourism activity on heavy metal pollution and the enzyme activity,soils were selected from Red gate,Doumu palace,Zhongtian gate,Nantian gate,Bixia temple and Emperor peak in the Mount Tai scenic area.In addition,we also analyzed the effect of heavy metal content on the enzyme activity.The results showed that: As the fast development of tourism,the tourism activity had already caused soil heavy metal pollution in Taishan scenic area.From the integral pollution indexes of soil heavy metals,the most serious scenic spot was the Zhongtian gate(3.75) and Bixia temple(2.88) followed by.From the single pollution indexes of heavy metals,the most serious two kind of elements were Pb and Zn.Tourism activity had caused significant effect on the soil enzyme activity,the effect were different along with the traveling intensity and the soil enzyme activity displayed for the drop tendency.Heavy metals affected soil enzyme activities through direct or indirect function and the soil enzyme activities could be taken for index of the single heavy metal pollution,but indication to the heavy metal compound pollution have not been clearly delineated.
