摘　　要：针对目前车间中装配的数据管理与过程管理脱节的现状,在分析了离散型装配企业的装配过程和装配数据特点的基础上,提出一种基于数据—过程互动模型的装配过程和数据集成管理方法,通过在装配数据和现场装配活动间建立动态的映射关系,有效地描述了装配过程和装配数据之间的互动行为。给出了基于数据—过程互动模型的理论结构和数据结构,并将该方法开发的原型系统应用到工厂中,取得了良好的应用效果。Aiming at disconnection between assembly data management and process management in workshops,according to analysis on the characteristics of the process and data in discrete assembly enterprises,an integration management method of process and data based on the data-process interaction model was put forward.Through establishing dynamic mapping relationships between assembly data and assembly activities,interactions between assembly process and assembly data were described.Finally theoretical structure and data structure based on data-process interaction model were presented.At present,the prototype system was applied in factories with satisfactory application results.
