摘  要:目的研究生长相关蛋白-43(growth associated protein-43,GAP-43)在新生鼠缺氧缺血损伤后心肌细胞中的差异表达及其临床意义。方法取42只7日龄Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组和缺氧缺血组。大鼠分别于缺氧缺血后2d,3d,7d断头处死取心肌,应用免疫组化法检测心肌细胞上GAP-43的表达。结果缺氧缺血组GAP-43的表达较对照组明显增加,在缺氧缺血后2d至7d差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论缺氧缺血大鼠心肌GAP-43表达呈时间依赖性变化,与心肌细胞损害密切相关。Objective:To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of expression of growth-associated protein in myocardium of neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic damage.Methods:Twenty one 7-day old Wistar rats were used normal group,and another twenty one 7-day-old Wistar rats with hypoxic-ischemic damage.Immunohistohippocampus was respectively used to detect the expression of GAP-43 protein in all rats hippocampus on day 2,3,7 after hypoxic-ischemic damage.Results:The expression of GAP-43 protein was obviously increased in the rats with hypoxic-ischemic damage as compared with normal rats and from 2d to7d after hypoxic-ischemic damage had significant differences(P0.05).Conclusions:The expression of GAP-43 in myocardium of neonatal rats may change with age.It is related to myocardium injury.
