点状掌跖角化病一家系遗传分析

摘　　要：本文报道一个点状掌跖角化病家系。该家系4代10人患有点状掌跖角化病,3人同时伴有多汗,高血压。经过遗传分析,认为该疾病属常染色体显性遗传,而且并具有遗传异质性、遗传早现现象。A family with Punctate palmoplantar keratodermas was reported in this paper.There are ten sufferers,suffering from Punctate palmoplantar keratodermas,three of them with the hyperidrosis and hypertension in four generations.According to genetic analysis,this disease is caused by autosomal dominant inheritance,and has the genetic heterogeneity and genetic anticipation phenomenon.
