摘　　要：目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法:对我院10年来诊治的15例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病例进行回顾性分析。结果:15例均发生在术后2周内,经保守治疗均痊愈,平均住院时间15 d。结论:对术后早期炎症性肠梗阻要掌握其诊疗要点,早诊断,避免盲目手术,保守治疗可治愈。Objective：To investigate the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of early postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods：15 cases of early postoperative inflammatory ileus diagnosed and treated in our hospital in the latest 10 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results：15 cases occurred within 2 weeks after surgery and cured by conservative treatment,the average length of stay was 15 d.Conclusion：The main points of diagnosis and treatment for early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction should be grasped to perform early diagnosis and early treatment,and avoid blind surgery.The conservative treatment can cure it.
