摘　　要：右美托咪定是高选择性α2肾上腺素受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛,抗焦虑,抗交感,稳定血流动力学,减少麻醉用药量,呼吸抑制作用轻的特点,现已在麻醉术前用药、全麻辅助用药、术后镇静镇痛、神经外科手术等临床实践中成功应用。本文就右美托咪定药理学性质和在临床上的应用研究进展做一综述。Dexmedetomidine is a highly selective alpha2-adrenoceptor agonist,which possesses the characteristics such as sedation,analgesia,anti-anxiety,anti-sympathetic,hemodynamic stablity,reducing dose of anesthetic drugs without causing respiratory depression.Now it has been successfully used in the clinical practice of preanesthsia medication,auxiliary medication to general anesthesia,postoperative sedation and analgesia,and neurological surgery.This paper reviews the research advance on its pharmacology and clinical application.
