摘　　要：文章介绍了我国服务标准化工作的总体概况和全国地方性服务业标准的情况。在对山东省服务业地方标准制修订情况进行总体分析的基础上,对地方标准化工作中的国家备案情况、国民经济分类中15个服务行业的标准制修订情况、山东省经济发展重点行业的标准制修订情况,以及采用国际标准或国外先进标准情况进行了分析。Based on introducing the general situation of national and local service standardization, this paper analyses the revision situation of local service standards in Shandong Province with several aspects, namely the national register situation of local standardization, the standards revision situation of 15 service industries in national economy, the standards revision situation of the key industries＇of Shandong economic development, and the situation of using international standards or foreign advanced standards.
