摘 要:由于受地面设备和抽油杆强度等因素影响,限制了深抽井的下泵深度,部分井沉没度低,泵效降低,影响了开发效果。有杆泵减载器主要由密封短泵筒、密封柱塞、长泵筒和减载柱塞等组成,由于减载柱塞上、下2端压力不同,产生向上的液力反馈力,降低抽油机悬点载荷和改善抽油杆的应力分布。应用多相管流压力梯度计算并设计了减载器下入位置。现场应用27井次,悬点载荷降低17%,减少能耗5%~8%,提高系统效率3%~5%,取得了良好的增产和降低能耗的效果。Because of the impact of such factors as the ground equipment and the strength sucker rod,pumping restrictions on the deep depth of wells under the pump,some wells sunk low,resulting in lower pump efficiency,and affecting the development effect.Rod pump load-reducing device mainly by short pump cylinder seal,sealing plunger,long pump barrel and plunger,as set by the pressure difference at both ends of the plunger up and down,resulting in upward feedback from the hydraulic power,the pumping oil rod load was reduced and the stress distribution sucker was improved.At the same time,the multi-phase pipe flow pressure gradient terms were applied to design the devices into the position under.Application of 27-well at the site,rod load reduced by 17%,the energy consumption was reduced by 5%~8%,while the system efficiency was increase by 3%~5%,to obtain a good yield and the effect of reducing energy consumption.
