调流控水筛管在冀东油田水平井的应用研究

摘　　要：水平井是一种通过增加泄油面积来提高油井产量的开发手段,水平段轴向产液不均匀会造成水平井含水上升速度过快,影响油井的有效开发。开发研制了一种新型调流控水筛管,可通过设置不同直径的喷嘴使水平井各段均衡产液,局部见水后限制产水段的产液量,并对调流控水筛管的控水效果进行了现场应用。Horizontal well is a method to increase output of oil well by augment drainage area,but axial direction non-uniform flow causes water ratio ascending fast,and affects the effective exploitation of oil well.A new type of water control screenpipe is developed in this article,which can balance produced fluid of each several part of interval by set different sizes of nozzle.When water partly produced,the nozzle can limit water production rate.The water control screenpipe was successfully tested on field.
