摘　　要：提出了ＳＳ７ 业务平台中基于全局控制表的消息处理机制， 给出了全局控制表的概念和方法． 利用全局控制表可提高消息处理效率， 并用来收集有关状态信息， 便于实现消息的流量控制． 文中还对消息在模块间的传递机制以及不同主机上的模块间通信机制作了探讨．This paper introduces a mechanism on message handling based on the global controlling table (GCT) in the signaling No.7 service platform and presents the concept and method of GCT. GCT improves the efficiency of message handling and collects the related state information. It is proved that GCT is helpful to the message flow control. The inter module message transfer mechanism and the communication mechanism between modules on different hosts are also fully discussed.
