硅藻土作为橡胶补强填料的应用研究

摘　　要：选用多种改性剂及改性配方对硅藻土进行表面处理后替代白炭黑作为补强剂填充到橡胶中,并对橡胶试样的力学性能进行检测。结果表明:硅藻土能提高橡胶的力学性能,经0.6%硅烷1和1.0%硬脂酸的复合改性配方处理的硅藻土对橡胶具有最佳的补强效果,撕裂强度达到42.1kN/m。Diatomite surface treated by a variety of modifying agents and modified formulas.The effects of modification on reinforcing natural rubber/styrene butadiene rubber blends（NR/SBR） was investigated by adding modified diatomite into them to substitute amorphous silica.The results showed that the diatomite can improve the mechanical properties of rubber,the tearing strength of rubber was 42.1kN/m when filled by composite modified diatomite（the dosage of silane coupling agent was 0.6% and stearic acid was 1.0%）.
