过瘤胃蛋氨酸对绒山羊血液激素的影响

摘　　要：选用12只1.5岁安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的辽宁绒山羊,分四组处理,研究饲喂过瘤胃蛋氨酸(RPMet)对绒山羊血液激素水平的影响。结果表明:(1)过瘤胃蛋氨酸可以显著提高绒山羊血清GH(生长激素)含量(P<0.05);可以提高血清IGF-Ⅰ(胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ)的含量(P>0.05);可以降低血清PRL(催乳素)含量(P>0.05);在饲料中添加10 g.d-1的过瘤胃蛋氨酸对绒山羊血液激素影响较大。In this paper,there are 12 1.5-year-old Liaoning goats with permanent rumen fistula was selected,which was divided into four groups,and the effect of rumen protected methionine on the level of goats serum hormones.The results showed：（1）The rumen protected methionine can increase serum growth hormones of goats significantly（P0.05）;It can increase serum IGF-Ⅰcontent（P0.05）;It can decrease serum PRL content（prolactin）（P0.05）;The effect of the rumen protected methionine added in feeds 10 g·d-1 on goats blood hormones was larger in every goat.
