原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤的CT诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨原发性甲状腺恶性淋巴瘤(primary thyroid lymphoma,PTL)的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例PTL的CT表现,并与手术及病理作对照研究。结果 12例中伴桥本甲状腺炎7例。根据甲状腺肿块的形态CT可分为3型,结节型(3例占25.0%);弥漫肿大型(7例占58.3%);隐匿型(2例占16.7%)。9例肿瘤密度均匀,强化不明显。侵犯周围组织3例,颈部淋巴结受累1例。结论 PTL具有一定的CT影像特点,有助于临床早期作出准确的诊断,并对临床的治疗有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CT for primary thyroid lymphoma （FFL）. Methods CT findings of 12 patients with primary thyroid lymphoma were retrospectively reviewed. Results Seven patients with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis. According to the shape of the masses, the CT appearances were classified into three type, 3 patient had nodule in thyroid tissue, 7 patients had a diffuse goiter,2 patients had delitescence tumors. Three patients infiltrated the adjacent structures and 1 cases were revealed metastatic lymph node on the neck. Conclusion PTL has some CT features, it can conduce to clinical early diagnosis, and be important for treatment.
