摘 要:目的为了解身体体质指数(body mass index,BMI),年龄以及性别对高血压、低白细胞含量、高甘油三酯、血糖和胆固醇等指标的影响。方法利用2009年"中国健康与营养调查"(CHNS)在荆州市农村地区所记录的数据,以18岁以上的成人为研究对象,以BMI小于18.5 kg/m2为过轻,BMI大于24为超重或肥胖的标准,运用logistic回归模型以及线性回归(GLM)模型,应用SAS软件进行回归分析。结果 logistic回归模型显示,BMI与高血压、高甘油三酯、低白细胞含量的发生率存在显著联系。BMI每增加1,高血压的可能性增加12%,高甘油三酯的可能性增加22%,而低白细胞含量的发生率减少18%。模型同时显示了年龄对高血压发生率的显著影响,50~59岁是高血压的高发期,而60~69岁是高血压的巅峰期。同时证实女性有相对男性4倍左右的低白细胞含量以及45%的高甘油三酯可能性。而线性回归模型(GLM)表明,BMI与血糖测定值和胆固醇测定值存在正向相关联系。结论 BMI每上升1,血糖平均上升0.06,而胆固醇则上升0.05。Objective To investigate body mass index(abbreviation BMI),age and gender and their association with high blood pressure,high triglyceride,low white blood cell,blood sugar and cholesterol.Methods Data from 204 people who participated in the 2009"Chinese Health and Nutrition Survey"in the rural area of Jingzhou city,Hubei province.The data from subjects who were 18 years old and above was analyzed with logistic regression models and generalized linear models by using SAS 9.2 software.Underweight individuals were defined as those with a body mass index less than 18.5 kg/m2,while overweight and obesity were defined as those with a body mass index greater than 24 kg/m2.Results The logistic regression model showed that BMI was significantly connected to the incidence of high blood pressure,high triglyceride and low white blood cell.As BMI increased by 1,the incidences of high blood pressure increased by 12%,high triglyceride increased by 22%,and low white blood cell dropped by 18%.This model also showed that age played important role in relation to the incidence of high blood pressure.At age 50-59 the incidence of high blood pressure started to increase and reached the peak at age 60-69.Also,this model showed the probability of low count of white blood cell for females were 4.5 times higher than that for males.Conclusion The generalized linear model showed that BMI was in positive relation to the measured blood sugar and cholesterol.As BMI increased by 1,the measured blood sugar increased by 0.06 on average and the measured cholesterol increased by 0.06.
