摘 要:目的辨识某阀控密封式铅布铅酸蓄电池建设项目试运行期间可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价其防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、危害因素检测、职业健康检查等途径收集相关数据和资料,采用检查表法、定性与定量分析法进行综合评价。结果主要职业病危害因素有铅烟、铅尘、硫酸雾、噪声、高温、高湿、热辐射。铅烟和铅尘共检测10个工序,其中7个超过职业接触限值,超标率均在40%以上。结论作业场所铅烟和铅尘浓度超过职业接触限值,从职业卫生角度分析,现有的职业病防护设施设计不合理,建议采取职业卫生防护补救措施,整改后重新进行职业病危害控制效果评价。Objective To identify occupational risk factors possibly existed during the trial operation of the project,evaluate the protective measures and effectiveness of the project and propose critical control points of occupational hazards.Methods The relevant data and information were collected by field investigation,detection,occupational health examination,and the project was evaluated with checklists,qualitative and quantitative analysis.Results Major occupational hazards were lead dust and fumes,sulfuric acid mist,noise,high temperature,high humidity and heat radiation.The results showed that 7 processes for lead dust and fumes exceeded the occupational exposure limits in 10 processes,average exceeding rate was above 40%.Conclusion Due to concentrations of lead dust and fume exceeding the occupational exposure limits in the workplaces,the existing design of occupational protective equipment is unreasonable from the occupational health.It is suggested that the remedial measures would be taken for occupational health protection and the evaluation of occupational hazards must be carried out after the modification.
