摘 要:目的分析某环己酮装置生产过程中职业病危害因素的关键控制点。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、工程分析、职业病危害因素检测对该装置进行职业病危害因素分析。结果检测16个岗位7种化学毒物短时间接触浓度,岗位合格率为93.7%;配料槽岗位环己烷浓度为536 mg/m3,超过职业接触限值,装车泵房通风量不足,均应进行整改;工作场所噪声、工频电场强度检测结果均符合国家标准。结论本项目中职业病危害关键岗位为装卸车泵房、催化剂加料槽,应完善相应的职业病危害防护措施。Objective To analyze the key sites of occupational hazards of the hexamethylene ketone production equipment.Methods The methods of field occupational investigation,engineering analysis and detection of occupational hazard factors were applied.Results 7 kinds of chemical poisons in 16 posts were detected,and qualified rate of the posts was 93.7%.The maximum concentration of hexamethylene alkyl in the site of dosing tank was 536 mg/m3,exceeding national standards.The qualified rates of noise and electric field of industrial frequency was 100%.Conclusion The key sites of occupational hazards in the project were pump room and the notch of activator.The protective measures in the producing process must be renewed and developed.
