摘 要:目的对某露天煤矿一期工程职业病危害因素和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法通过现场调查和工程分析,识别生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素种类及环节,并进行检测,依据国家相关法律、法规评价其职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为有毒物质(氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫等)、定点、个体粉尘、噪声,其合格率分别为100%、64%、70%、83%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施是可行的。Objective To evaluate risk degree of the occupational hazards and protection measures in the open pit coal mine,and provide feasible occupational disease prevention strategies.Methods Occupational disease types and link existed in the production process were identified and detected by field investigation and engineering analysis.The contents of risk degree and protective measure effect were evaluated based on the national relative laws and regulations.Results The items of selection location,general layout,occupational disease safe guard design and the hygienic auxiliary rooms conformed to the national related regulations with the room establishment;Main occupational factors possibly existed in the production process were toxic substances(nitrogen oxides,carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide),individual dust and physical factor(noise),which the qualified rates were 83%,64%,70% and 83%,respectively.Conclusion It is feasible for the project to adopt the occupational protective measures and the production management measures .
