摘 要:目的:探讨营养支持对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者转归的影响及护理方法。方法:将40例SAP患者随机分为全胃肠外营养(TPN)组及个体化营养支持(PN+EN)组各20例,分别给予TPN及个体化营养支持。观察、比较两组腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、平均住院日、病死率、I级护理时间、Ⅱ级护理时间、平均住院费用、治疗前后各指标变化等。结果:两组腹痛缓解时间、体温恢复时间、平均住院日、病死率、I级护理时间、Ⅱ级护理时间、平均住院费用比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院后4周两组BW、Alb比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全部患者均无严重不良反应。结论:个体化营养支持可改善SAP患者的营养状况,是治疗SAP理想的营养支持方式。Objective: To explore the impact of nutritional support on the outcome of the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) and nursing methods.Methods: 40 patients with SAP were randomly divided into total parenteral nutrition(TPN) group and individualized nutrition support(PN +EN) group(20 cases for each group).The patients were respectively given TPN and individualized nutritional support in the two groups.The remission time of abdominal pain,the recovery time of body temperature,the average days of hospitalization,fatality rate,the time of implementing I-level and Ⅱ-level nursing care,the average cost of hospitalization and the changes in the indices before and after treatment.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of relief time of abdominal pain,the recovery time of body temperature,the average days of hospitalization,fatality rate,the time of implementing I-level and Ⅱ-level nursing care and the average cost of hospitalization between the two groups(P0.05);the differences in the comparison of BW and Alb after admission for 4 weeks were statistically significant(P0.05).All the patients had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: The individualized nutritional support can improve nutritional status of the patients with SAP and it is one of the ideal nutritional support methods in the treatment of SAP.
