芦荟药理研究进展

摘　　要：分别从芦荟的生物活性与有效成分研究、外用功能的药理研究、作用机制研究、毒副作用和安全性研究5个方面进行了综述,并对芦荟外用功能研究进行了评述。芦荟具有很大的药用价值,尤其是外用治疗应用广泛,近年来芦荟产品的开发研究倍受青睐,应用范围日趋扩大,成为全世界关注的药食多用植物。Aloe vera is a kind of Aloe（L.）perennial evergreen.Aloe vera has big medicinal value.Especially topical therapy is widely used,more the favour of people.In recent years,our product of the pharmacological studies,made gratifying achievements.For more in-depth study of the use function,this paper aloe vera respectively from the biological activity of effective ingredients and pharmacological research,external function,mechanism,toxicity and safety of five aspects were summarized,and the function of aloe vera external research are reviewed.
