甘石冰脑洗剂抗炎、止痒作用的动物实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘石冰脑洗剂的抗炎、止痒作用。方法:实验一在大鼠的左后足背剪毛部位湿敷生理盐水、炉甘石洗剂、甘石冰脑洗剂,连续3天后,每只大鼠左后足跖皮下注射10%鸡蛋清液,分别测定致炎前后足跖厚度,计算肿胀率结果进行数据分析。实验二在大鼠的右后足背剪毛部位湿敷生理盐水、炉甘石洗剂、甘石冰脑洗剂1h后,在各右后足滴0.01%的磷酸组织胺50μL/爪,以后每隔3min在同部位再滴浓度递增的磷酸组胺,直至大鼠出现舔足为止,以此段时间内给各动物所滴的磷酸组胺的总量为致痒阈,并将每组内各动物的致痒阈进行统计学分析。结果:甘石冰脑洗剂对10%鸡蛋清液大鼠足跖肿胀率具有显著抑制作用,与炉甘石洗剂比较P<0.05;甘石冰脑洗剂能显著提高磷酸组胺致大鼠足痒的致痒阈,与炉甘石洗剂比较P<0.05。结论:甘石冰脑洗剂具有抗炎、止痒的作用。Objective：To investigate the role of anti-inflmmatory and antipruritic of the lotion of Ganshi Bingnao.Methods：Experiment one：Physiological s.,the lotion of calamine and the lotion of Ganshi Bingnao were spread wetly on the skin of the sheared site at the instep of the left rear foot of rats＇,according to this method after three consecutive days,10% albumen liquid were hypodermic injected in the left rear foot of every rats,respectively determined the rats＇ left rear foot＇s thickness before and after inflammation,the data of swelling rate of the rats＇ left rear foot＇s were analyzed.Experiment two：Physiological s.,the lotion of calamine and the lotion of Ganshibingnao were spread wetly on the skin of the sheared site at the instep of the right rear foot of rats＇,after one hour,0.01% Histamine Phosphate were dripped on the right rear foot of every rats in the doze of 50μL per foot,the increased concentration of Histamine Phosphate were dripped at the same site of the rat above every 3minutes until the phenomenon of the rats licked its right rear feet come up,take the total amount of Histamine Phosphate dripped on the rats of each group as itch threshold,then analyzed the data of the threshold.Results：There were significant inhibition to the swelling rate of the rats＇ left rear foot＇s for the lotion of Ganshi Bingnao compared with the group of the lotion of calamine（P0.05）;the lotion of Ganshi Bingnao compared with the group of the lotion of calamine can improve the itch threshold caused by Histamine Phosphate significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is a role of the lotion of Ganshibingnao in anti-inflmmatory and antipruritic in animal models.
