摘 要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热利肺口服液中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:采用DiamonsiL TM C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm)色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(含0.1%三乙铵)=5∶95为流动相,流速为1mL.min-1,检测波长为207nm,柱温为25℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在浓度为1.598-19.176μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995,n=5),样品加样平均回收率为99.91%,RSD为1.17%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好、专属性强,可作为小儿清热利肺口服液的含量测定有效方法。Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoer-qingre-lifei Oral solution.Methods:The analysis was performed on DiamonsiL TM C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonirile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution include 0.1% triethylamine(5∶95)under a flow rate of 1mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 207nm and column temperature was 25℃.Results:The method showed sample size showed a good linear relationship with in the range of 1.598~19.176 μg of ephedrine hydrochloride(r=0.9995,n=5).The average recovery was 99.91% with RSD=1.17%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for content determination of ephedrine hydrochloride of Xiaoer-qingre-lifei Oral solution.
