补脾益气中药对脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、bcl-2、bax表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、bcl-2、bax表达的变化及补脾益气方药对这种变化的调节作用。方法:将实验动物分成空白组、模型组、四君子汤组、六君子汤组、归脾汤组,用免疫组化法检测血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、bcl-2、bax的表达。结果:与空白组比较,其他各组PDGF、bax的灰度值低,表达增强,bcl-2灰度值高,表达减弱(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,其他各组的PDGF、bax灰度值高,表达减弱,bcl-2灰度值低,表达增强,(P<0.05)。结论:脾气虚证大鼠血管平滑肌细胞内PDGF、bax表达增强,bcl-2表达减弱,而补脾益气中药能改善这种情况,从而为补脾益气中药防治心血管系统疾病提供实验室依据。Objective：Explore expression of the changes of spleen-deficiency syndrome rats in vascular smooth muscle cell PDGF,BCL-2 and bax.Also detect the function of regulation on the changes of the expression of totifying Spleen Qi herbs.Method：The experimental animals are divided into blank group,model group,Sijunzi decoction group,Liujunzi decoction group,Guipi decoction group.Utilize immunohistochemical（IHCA）method to detect the expression of PDGF,BCL-2 and bax in vascular smooth muscle cells.Result：Compared with blank group,other groups＇ grey value of PDGF,bax is lower,and expression is higher,but BCL-2 higher,and lower（P0.05）.Compared with model group,other groups＇grey value of PDGF,bax is higher,and expression is lower,but BCL-2 lower,and higher,（P0.05）.Conclusion：Totifying Spleen Qi herbals can improve the condition that the expression of PDGF bax is higher,BCL-2 lower in vascular smooth muscle cells of Spleen-deficiency syndrome rats.Thus,the experiment proves that Totifying Spleen Qi herbals can be used to prevent and cure cardiovascular disease.
