消癥通痹胶囊治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消癥通痹胶囊(制剂批准文号:冀药制字z20051028)治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的临床疗效。方法:120例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者随机分两组,对照组给予常规药物怡开治疗,实验组给予消癥通痹胶囊口服治疗,观察治疗前后临床表现、踝肱指数(ABI)和足背动脉血流动力学的变化。结果:实验组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ABI和足背动脉血流动力学指标较治疗前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但实验组治疗后较治疗前的改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消癥通痹胶囊是治疗糖尿病下肢血管病变的一种有效药物。Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Xiaozheng Tongbi capsule in the treatment of diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular lesions and its mechanism.Methods：The 120 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group would be given Yikai which is conventional treatment,the experimental group would be given Xiaozheng Tongbi capsule.Observe the changes of clinical performance before and after the treatment,the ankle-brachial indicators（ABI）and the hemodynamic of dorsal pedis artery.Results：The clinical performances of the two groups had been improved after treatment;however the effect of experimental group is more obvious than that of the control group（P0.05）.The ABI and the hemodynamic of dorsal pedis artery had been improved significantly compared with that of pre-treatment（P0.05）,and the improvement of the experimental group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiaozheng Tongbi capsule is an effective drug to treat lower extremity vascular lesions of diabetic patients.
