影响高血压病中医证型相关因素的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高血压病中医证型的影响因素,探索高血压病临床辨证规律。方法:根据临床症候将63例高血压病患者辨证分为肝火亢盛型、痰湿壅盛型、阴虚阳亢型、阴阳两虚型,比较性别、年龄、体重指数和血压与中医证型的关系。结果:阴虚阳亢型和阴阳两虚型女性多于男性(P<0.05),痰湿壅盛型和肝火亢盛型男性多于女性(P<0.05)。平均年龄肝火亢盛型低于其他3型(P<0.01),痰湿壅盛型低于阴虚阳亢型和阴阳两虚型(P<0.05)。肝火亢盛型和痰湿壅盛型体重指数高于其他两型(P<0.01)。收缩压升高以肝火亢盛型和阴阳两虚型为主(P<0.05),舒张压升高以肝火亢盛型和痰湿壅盛型为主(P<0.05)。结论:高血压病中医证型与性别、年龄、体重指数和血压均有一定的相关性。Objective：To study the influcing factors in Chinese medical syndromes of hypertension and to explor the clinically dialectic oderliness of hypertension.Methods：63 patients with hypertension were classified according to clinical symptoms.There are four syndroms：flaring-up of liver fire syndrom,the profuse expectoration and retention of dampness syndrome,the hyperacticivity of yang due to deficiency of yin syndrome,the deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome.To complare the connections of four syndromes according to sex,age,BMI and blood pressure.Results：There are more women patients in the hyperacticivity of yang due to deficiency of yin syndrome and the deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome（P0.05）.There are men patients in the flaring-up of liver fire syndrome and the profuse expectoration and retention of dampness syndrome（P0.05）.The average ages of the patients in flaring-up of liver fire syndrome are the smallest（P0.01）.BMI of the flaring-up of the liver fire syndrome and the profuse expectoration and retention of dampness syndrome are higer than the other two（P0.01）.SBP of the flaring-up of liver fire syndrome and the deficiency of both yin and yang syndrome are higer than the other two（P0.05）.DBP of the flaring-up liver fire syndrome and the profuse expectoration and retention of dampness syndrome are higer than the other two（P0.05）.Conclusions：Chinese medical syndromes of hypertension are related to sex,age,BMI and blood pressure in some degree.
