对60例中医气郁体质患者围手术期的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用中医体质学说进行围手期术护理的疗效,提高护理质量。方法:对60例中医气郁体质患者,运用中医体质学说在围手术期进行多途径的护理。结果:患者对护理工作的满意度达100%。结论:运用中医体质学说对气郁质患者进行围手术期的护理,能够有效的提高护理质量,营造良好的医患与护患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生。Objective：The aim of study was to investigate the effect of using the study of constitution of Chinese medicine to nurse the patient before and after the operation,enhancementing the quality of care.Methods：Before and after the operation,using the the study of constitution of Chinese medicine,we gave 60 depressed patients multipath nurse.Results：The gratifaction degree of patients was 100%.Conclusion：The quality of care can be effective enhancemented by using the study of constitution of Chinese medicine to nurse the depressed patient before and after the operation,accordingly,to build good nurse or doctor-patient relationship and decrase the dispute.
