摘　　要：This team of wildlife protectors is a group of local antihunting herdsmen living on the Changtang Grassland of Tibet.The team members obtained the local government’s support by providing some supplementary funds. On fmding any poaching or encountering some peculiar situation regarding the wildlife, they will irnm^ately report to the township government or cadres who are in charge of this area. In Changtang Grassland, there is over 250 thousand sq. kilometers under protection.
