阴道前壁桥式缝合术修补阴道前壁脱垂32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道前壁桥式缝合术治疗阴道前壁脱垂的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2007年8月至2008年12月,于我院住院手术治疗的阴道前壁脱垂60例患者的临床资料,其中阴道前壁桥式缝合术32例,传统的阴道前壁修补术28例,比较两种术式的近期疗效。结果:阴道前壁桥式缝合术的手术时间为12.50±3.10分钟,术中出血量为10.20±2.50ml,术后复发率为3.12%,与传统术式手术时间40.20±2.40分钟,术中出血量65.40±4.80ml,术后复发率25.00%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统术式比较,桥式缝合术治疗阴道前壁脱垂的手术时间短、术中出血少、术后复发率较低,近期疗效较满意。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effect of anterior vaginal wall bridge repairment（AVWBR） on anterior vaginal wall prolapse（AVWP）.Methods：A retrospective study was completed on 60 patients with AVWP who were treated by surgery from August 2007 to Decmber 2008 in Zunyi Medical College First Affiliated Hospital.32 patients had AVWBR and 28 patients had traditional anterior colporrhappy.The short-term effect was compared between the two groups.Results：The surgical time of AVWBR was 12.50±3.10（min）,the blood lose was 10.20±2.50（ml）,the recurrence rate was 3.12%.Compared with traditional method,significant differences existed in the three aspects（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：AVWBR is more satisfied in surgical time,blood lose,recurrence rate and short term effect when compared with the traditional surgical method.
