摘  要:在Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机上,通过应力松弛实验研究了低碳贝氏体钢在不同工艺条件下奥氏体的软化行为,得到了不同温度、不同变形速率下的再结晶动力学曲线。同时,采用常规的双道次压缩实验得到了变形温度1000℃,应变速率0.1 s-1时,不同变形间隔的静态软化率,与应力松弛实验结果吻合得很好。说明应力松弛法是测试静态软化率的一种有效方法,可以大幅度地减少实验工作量。Softening behavior of austenite in a low carbon bainitic steel under different conditions was investigated on a Gleeble 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator by stress relaxation method.The recrystallization kinetic curves were measured at different temperatures and strain rates.At the same time,the static softening ratio was determined at 1000 ℃ and 0.1 s-1 by conventional double-pass hot compression testing with different interval time.It is found that data derived from double-pass compression is in good agreement with that obtained by stress relaxation technique.So the stress relaxation method is an effective way to test the static softening ratio due to a large reduction in experimental work.
