摘 要:目的 探讨64排多层螺旋CT容积再现技术在颈静脉球高位中的临床应用价值.方法 颈静脉球高位患者20例(36耳)及正常者20例(40耳)行64 排螺旋CT薄层扫描,分别在容积再现(VR)及常规轴位状态下,对颈静脉球与内耳地周之间的距离进行测量.结果 64排CT容积再现技术能更好地显示颈静脉球与内耳地周的关系,36例颈静脉球高位耳(36/40),常规轴位测量距离均值为3.896 4 mm,而重建后测量距离均值3.085 5 mm,两者统计学比较有差异(P<0.001) 在重建状态下,颈静脉球高位耳颈静脉球至内耳地周最短距离均值为3.127 3 mm,非高位耳为8.250 0 mm,两者统计学比较有差异(P<0.001).结论 64排CT容积再现技术能更加清晰显示颈静脉球与内耳地周之间的空间关系,为两者位置关系的研究提供了新的手段.Objective To explore clinical application of volume rendering technique in high jugular. Methods 20 patients with high jugular bulb and 20 healthy volunteers underwent 64-slice CT scan. CT data were implemented to reconstructed with VRT. The minimum distance from cochlea to jugular bulb was determined at axial state and evaluated with image processing system followed by three-dimensional reconstruction respectively. Results Volume rendering technique in high jugular could better demonstrate the rela- tionship between high jugular bulb and base turn of cochlea,the distances of cochlea to jugular bulb measured were 3. 896 4 mm and 3. 085 5 mm at the axial and 3D reconstruction(P〈0. 001) . At the state of reconstruction with VRT , the minimum distance between cochlea and jugular bulb was 3. 127 3 mm in the group of high jugular bulb and was 8. 250 0 mm in the control group ( P〈0. 001 ). Conclusion The application of volume rendering technique in high jugular bulb can clearly show the three-dimensional positional relationship between jugular bulb and cochlea,which provides a new way for studying the relationship of jugular bulb and cochlea.
