南京某社区商店女员工血糖和血脂分析

摘　　要：目的了解南京某社区商店女员工血糖、血脂情况。方法选取2010年3~4月南京某社区店女性员工1606例,填写问卷,测量身高、体重、血压。测定空腹血糖（FPG）、血清甘油三酯（TG）和总胆固醇（TC）。分析三个年龄组（20~29岁,30~39岁,40~49岁）血糖、血脂的特征,比较各组高血糖、高血脂的发生率。结果随着年龄的增加,FPG、TC、TG的平均水平逐渐增高,高FPG、高TC、高TG的检出率亦逐渐升高（P〈0.05）。结论女员工血糖、血脂有异常增高的趋势,应早期防治。Objective To investigate blood glucose and lipid levels of women workers in Suguo community department stores at Nanjing.Methods A total of 1606 women workers were enrolled from community department stores at Nanjing during the period of Mar.to Apr.in 2010,who were asked to fill the questionnaire and receive the examinations of blood pressure,height,and body weight,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,total cholestrol（TC） and triglyceride（TG）.The characteristics of blood glucose and lipids were analyzed and the incidences of hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia were compared among different age groups of aged 20 to 29（group A）,30 to 39（group B） and 40 to 49 years old（group C）.Results The levels of FPG,TC and TG increased with age.So did the incidences of hyperglycemia,hypertriglyceridemia and hypercholesterolemia.The differences were all significant among three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion There is a tendency that blood glucose and lipids levels are increased abnormally in women workers from community department stores at Najing and the early prevention and treatment are necessary.
