摘  要:为了进一步提高18Ni马氏体时效钢的力学性能,在钢中分别加入铌、钒或硼等微量元素,研究了不同微量元素对其显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加微量(0.1%)铌元素的效果好于添加钒(0.1%)和硼(0.01%)的,能够更加有效地细化晶粒,使其固溶态的晶粒度达到10.2级;经时效处理以后,钢中金属间化合物能够更加弥散地均匀分布,使其强度与M300钢的基本相同,但伸长率和断面收缩率略微降低了2.1%。In order to further enhance the mechanical properties of 18Ni maraging steel, adding trace elements such as niobium, vanadium or boron into the steel, then it was investigated the influences of different trace elements on microstmcture and mechanical properties. The results show that the steel adding 0. 1wt% niobium had finer grains than that adding 0.1wt% vanadium or 0. 01wt% boron, whose grain size in solid solution state reached to 10. 2 grade. After aging, the intermetallic compounds distributed more uniformly and dispersively, so that the tensile strength of steel was as much as that of M300 steel, while its elongation and reduction of area decreased by 2. 1%.
