摘 要:阐明了回弹模拟中施加约束点的必要性和施加的一般规则,以车门外板为研究对象,详细分析了约束点之间的距离、约束点在工件中的位置以及约束点分布范围内的应力变化情况对回弹模拟计算效率和计算结果精度的影响。结果表明,约束点的分布范围较大时,回弹计算的收敛性得到改善;约束点分布范围内的应力变化较复杂时,计算的收敛迭代次数显著增加,严重时将导致计算结果不收敛;当约束点过于靠近工件边界时,计算的收敛迭代次数增加,计算效率降低;在回弹计算收敛的情况下,约束点对回弹计算结果的精度影响不大。The rules of applying constraint points were discussed theoretically.Taking outer door panel as an example,the influences of the distance between constraint points,location of constraint points and stress variation among constraint points on calculation efficiency and calculation results were studied.The results show that large area formed by constraint points improves the convergence of calculation in springback simulation;when the stress in the area changes dramatically,the amount of iteration to achieve convergence is large,sometimes the results are not converge;when the area is next to the boundary of the panel,the amount of iteration to achieve convergence increases,the efficiency of calculation is lower.On the premise of convergence in springback simulation,the position of constraint point has little effect on the calculation accuracy.
