摘  要:结合几种级配原理和目前级配工艺在生产中研究现状,提出实用的级配模型并制定适宜的钛合金精密铸造的级配浆料工艺;利用这一工艺,按照实际条件制备试样,并与未级配方案制备出的试样进行比较。结果表明,利用级配方法制备出的浆料性能更稳定,流动性更好,所制备出的型壳表面质量较好,并且与钛合金的反应程度较低,更加利于高质量的钛合金精铸件的生产。Based on the analysis of particle size distribution,the practical model of particle size distribution was presented and the coating process for titanium alloy investment casting by particle size distribution was designed.Using the process,the shell specimens were prepared.The specimens were compared by the method of particle size distribution with that of common.The results show that the coating with particle size distribution is more stable and possesses better liquidity.The surface quality of the mold shell using the coating is better.The reaction between the surface with titanium alloy is lower.Therefore the method is better for producing titanium alloy investment castings.
