摘　　要：根据苏联卡尔金在轻合金铸件浇注系统中提出的计算方法,采用VisualC++作为开发工具,成功地开发了符合轻合金特性的浇注系统CAD软件。该系统实现了轻合金浇注系统工艺的辅助设计,为模拟验证以及实际生产提供较佳的推荐方案。通过实例验证,证明了该系统的实用性和正确性。该技术能提高浇注工艺设计效率与精度,缩短设计周期,保证产品质量,提高工艺出品率。According to the theory proposed by Soviet Kaerjin in gating system of light alloy casting,the CAD software of light alloy casting system was successfully exploited by using Visual C＋＋ as tool.The system realized the automatic building of gating system,which provided a proximal optimum process for simulation validation and even practical production.The practicability and validity of the system was proved by experiments.The technology can improve the efficiency and accuracy of gating system design,shorten the design period and ensure the castings quality,and increase the casting process product yield.
