摘　　要：通过对翼轴冷镦工艺进行分析,介绍了剪切和冷镦连续模的结构和工作过程,并给出了凹模的设计方法,保证了该零件冷镦成形的顺利进行。Analyzing the cold upsetting process for wing axis,the structure and working process of progressive die for cutting and cold upsetting was introduced,and a method of die design was given to ensure the smooth cold upsetting of the parts.
