摘 要:利用造纸循环白水中不同的营养成分(无机盐、脂肪类和低聚糖类物质),来培养黑曲霉产混合酶。利用DNS法测定果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶的酶活力,并且通过白水的pH、电导率、阳离子需求量和化学耗氧量的变化来探讨黑曲霉在造纸循环白水处理中的应用。结果表明:黑曲霉能够依靠白水中的营养物生长并且分泌混合酶。黑曲霉在白水培养基中培养24~36h,酶活力达到最大值,果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶的酶活分别为1219.3IU/ml、1218.4IU/ml和253.2IU/ml。三次APMP循环白水的阳离子需求量(CD)下降68.4%,化学耗氧量(COD)下降37.9%。Aspergillus niger was cultured to produce enzymes by using the nutrients such as inorganic salts,fatty substances and oligosaccharides in the papermaking white water. The activity of pectinase,xylanase and cellulase were determined by using the DNS method. The application of Aspergillus niger in the white water was discussed by the variety of pH,conductivity,cationic demand (CD) and chemical oxygen demand(COD). The results show that Aspergillus niger can grow and produce enzymes using the nutrients in the papermaking white water. The activity achieved the maximum value when the incubation times Aspergillus niger cultured in the papermaking white water were 24-36 hours. The activity of pectinase,xylanase and cellulase were 1219.3IU/ml,1218.4IU/ml and 253.2IU/ml respectively. The CD of the papermaking white water recycled three times (WW-3) is reduced by 68.4%. The COD reduced by 37.9%.
