摘 要:通过对合成纸进行表面处理,增强涂料在纸张表面的附着力。实验采用单层涂布与双层涂布,并对涂布后的合成纸进行打印性能的评价。单层涂布样张中用SMA表面处理后,色密度随胶黏剂用量的增加而上升,而用PVA表面处理后,色密度随胶黏剂用量增加先上升后下降;灰阶在50%~90%范围内再现性最佳,而在90%~100%范围再现性较差;单层涂布纸样中两种样张差别不大,且都要优于双层涂布纸样的阶调再现性。The adhesion of coating colors on paper surface was enhanced by synthetic surface treatment. Single and double-layer coating to coat the surface were carried out, and the printing property of coated synthetic paper was evaluated. The results show that in single-layer coating, the color density of surface treated with SMA increases with the increase of adhesive dosage, however the color density of surface treated with PVA increases with the increase of adhesive dosage firstly, and then decreases; when gray scale is in the range of 50%-90%, the best reproducibility is reached, but in the range of 90%-100%, the reproducibility was poor. Single layer coating is similar to two kinds of samples, and both are better than the double-layer coating in tone reproduction.
