摘 要:采用Cartasol Blue 2R Lliquid直接染料对短纤漂白硫酸盐浆进行染色。研究了纸浆浓度、打浆度、温度、染色时间、染料用量对染色效果的影响。利用优化的染色工艺分别研究阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子淀粉及硫酸铝的固色性能以及它们之间的协同效应。结果表明:随着纸浆打浆度和染色浆浓增加,纸张色度均有所提高;染料用量、温度和时间的提高也能增加纸张色度。Cartasol Blue 2R Lliquid的最佳染色工艺为打浆度38°SR、浆浓2.0%、温度40℃,染色时间15min。结果还发现:随着阳离子聚丙烯酰胺及阳离子淀粉用量增加,其固色性能提高,且阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子淀粉的固色性能明显好于硫酸铝;此外三者的协同效应也很明显。The bleached kraft pulp was dyed by using Cartasol Blue 2RL liquid dyestuff. Effects of five process conditions including beating degree, pulp concentration, temperature, dyeing time and dyestuff concentration on dye process were studied. The fixing properties of Al2(SO3)4, CPAM and cationic starch were studied respectively under the optimal dyeing conditions. It was found that the paper chromaticity increases with the increase of beating degree and pulp concentration, chromaticity can also be improved by increasing dye concentration, temperature and time respectively. The optimal dyeing conditions of Cartasol Blue 2RL liquid are: beating degree 38°SR, pulp concentration 2.0%, temperature 40°SR, and dyeing time 15min. Studies on fixation show that fixing property increases with the concentration of CPAM and the increase of cationic starch dosage respectively, while the fixing properties of cationic starch and CPAM are better than Al2(SO3)4. Furthermore, synergistic effects between them are good.
