摘 要:对桉木硫酸盐浆的筛前氧脱木素(O)、筛前双塔氧脱木素(O/O)、筛后氧脱木素(O)、筛后双塔氧脱木素(O/O)四个流程进行了比较分析。结果表明:筛前双塔氧脱木素流程的效果最好,脱木素率最高,白度最高。筛前O/O流程木素脱除率高达52.7%,黏度为734.4ml/g,白度为51.2%ISO。纤维分析结果表明,筛前O/O浆的纤维平均长度为0.78mm,粗度为6.1mg/100m,长宽比为54.4,为下一步的漂白打下了良好的基础。The four processes of one stage and two stage oxygen delignification with screen and unscreen pulp of eucalyptus kraft pulp were compared. The results show that two stage oxygen delignification with unscreen pulp has the best effects in delignification, having the highest delignification rate and brightness. The lignin removal rate of the two stage oxygen delignification with unscreen pulp can reach 52.7%, the brightness can reach 51.2%ISO and the viscosity 734.4ml/g. The fiber analysis results show that average fiber length, fiber coarseness and length-width ratio of two stage oxygen delignification with unscreen pulp are 0.78mm, 6.1 mg/100m and 54.4 respectively. This lays a good foundation for the following bleaching.
