摘　　要：介绍了脱墨制浆过程中的几个关键灰分流失点,并探讨如何提高灰分保留而又不影响浮选效果的控制方法,关键是寻找合适的浮选pH值,以提高灰分在浆料中的保留率。Several key points about the losses of ash in the process of deinking pulp were introduced in this paper. The methods of increasing ash content under the condition of no influence on the flotation effect were discussed. The key work is to find the optimal pH in flotation to achieve the target of increasing ash content in pulp as well as stable and efficient production.
