摘  要:为观察猪瘟脾淋苗阻断多种基因亚群带毒母猪垂直传播的效果,选择5个有代表性的规模化猪场为试验点,分别将3种猪瘟带毒母猪(Subgroup2.1、Subgroup2.2、Subgroup2.3)随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组采用猪瘟脾淋苗2头份免疫,对照组采用猪瘟细胞苗4头份免疫。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测带毒母猪所产仔猪的猪瘟抗原状况。接受猪瘟脾淋苗免疫的带毒母猪Subgroup2.1、Subgroup2.2和Subgroup2.3所产仔猪的抗原阳性率分别为20.75%、18.75%、20.93%,明显低于对照组母猪所产仔猪的抗原阳性率(51.02%、44.83%、48.78%)。猪瘟脾淋苗免疫多种基因亚群带毒母猪对阻断垂直传播有很好的效果。To observe the blocking effects of classical swine fever spleen vaccine on vertical transmission of multiple subtypes of classical swine fever virus(CSFV) in sows,three subtypes of CSFV(Subgroup2.1,Subgroup2.2 and Subgroup2.3) were selected from five large-scale pig farms.The results showed that they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The sows in experimental group were vaccinated with classical swine fever spleen vaccine at dose of 2 per pig while those in control group were vaccinated with cell vaccine at dose of 4 per pig.The classical swine fever antigens of piglets were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method.The antigen positive rate of piglets in experimental groups infected Subgroup2.1,Subgroup2.2 and Subgroup2.3 of CSFV were 20.75%,18.75% and 20.93% respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control groups infected Subgroup2.1,Subgroup2.2 and Subgroup2.3 of CSFV(51.02%,44.83% and 48.78%).These data indicated that classical swine fever spleen vaccine had good blocking effects on vertical transmission of multiple subtypes of CSFV in sows.
