摘　　要：现代管理理念和管理模式对图书馆多年来形成的固有管理模式产生了强烈的冲击。本文借签现代管理的先进经验对图书馆的各项管理提出了若干整改意见及实施措施,以期为提高图书馆管理水平、创新读者服务方式提供有价值参考。Modern management concept and management model gives a strong impact on the fix management model which has existed for many years.This paper refers some advanced experiences form modern management,which has put forward some reform advice and implementation measures for the library management,expecting to improve the management level of the library and provide valuable reference to serve the readers in innovation ways.
