摘　　要：在构成太阳能电池的晶体硅的切割过程中，切片质量是至关重要的，因此对于切割机的加工精度和生产效率要求较高。该文介绍了多线切割的过程、主要技术指标和功能需求以及控制系统的构成、功能和技术特点。In the cutting process of crystalline silicon which constitutes solar cell, the quality of sections is of critical importance, so a higher machining accuracy and production efficiency for cutting machine are required. The paper introduces the process of multi-thread cutting, the main technical indexes and functional requirements and the composition, functions and technical characteristics of the control system as well.
