体验式服务在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨体验式服务在髋关节置换术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将80例髋关节置换术后患者按手术时间分为对照组和实验组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上应用体验式服务。对两组患者满意度、护理质量、并发症发生及功能康复情况进行比较。结果:实验组患者满意度、护理质量及功能康复情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.01),实验组并发症发生例数少于对照组。结论:体验式服务应用于髋关节置换术后患者可有效提高患者满意度和护理服务质量,减少并发症发生,促进关节功能康复。Objective：To explore the application effect of the experiential services to the surgical patients after hip joint arthroplasty.Methods：80 surgical patients underwent hip joint arthroplasty were divided into control group and experimental group（40 patients for each group）.The patients were given routine nursing care in the control group and the patients received experiential services based on routine nursing care in the experimental group.The patient＇s satisfaction,quality of nursing care,incidence of complications and the rehabilitation of joint function were compared between the two groups.Results：The patient＇s satisfaction,quality of nursing care and the rehabilitation of joint function were better in the experimental group than the control group（P0.01）;the incidence of complications was lower in the experimental group than the control group.Conclusion：The experiential services applied to the surgical patients after hip arthroplasty can improve their satisfaction and quality of nursing care,reduce complications and promote the rehabilitation of hip joint function.
