循证护理在颞颌关节强直患者功能锻炼中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在颞颌关节强直功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法:将48例颞颌关节强直患者随机分为对照组和观察组各24例,两组均行功能锻炼,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予循证护理,对两组锻炼效果、治疗依从性、锻炼知识知晓情况、QOL生存质量评分及患者满意度进行统计比较。结果:观察组锻炼效果、治疗依从性、锻炼知识掌握情况、QOL评分及患者满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理应用于颞颌关节强直功能锻炼效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing care in the functional exercise of patients with temporomandibular joint（TMJ） ankylosis.Methods：48 patients with TMJ ankylosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group（24 cases for each group）.The patients in both groups received functional exercise.The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and the evidence-based nursing care was applied in the observation group.The exercise effect,treatment compliance,understanding on the knowledge of exercises,scores of QOL and the degree of patient＇s satisfaction were statistically analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results：The exercise effect,treatment compliance,understanding on the knowledge of exercises,scores of QOL and the degree of patient＇s satisfaction were superior in the observation group to the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of evidence-based nursing care is verified in the functional exercise of the patients with TMJ ankylosis and the evidence-based nursing care is worthy of clinical application.
