摘  要:以中国西北地区常用的12个优质蛋白玉米(QPM)自交系为试材,采用胚乳硬质度5级分类法,分别对籽粒的物理性状和营养品质进行测定分析;应用NCII设计,以硬质度1,2级3个QPM自交系为测验种与硬质度3,4,5级的9个QPM自交系配制27个测交组合,分析这些测交组合的产量配合力。结果表明:胚乳硬质度越高,籽粒的物理性状越好,蛋白品质等营养品质越差。产量特殊配合力效应最高的组合是齐205×Y76,齐205×Y77等两个组合,F1代籽粒硬质度均为3级。The physical properties and nutritional qualities of 12 high-quality protein(QPM) inbred line in Northwest of China were measure and analysis by using five class(1,2,3,4,5) endosperm hardness.By applying NCII Design,three test species with 1,2 endosperm hardness hybrid were combined with nine species with 3,4,5 endosperm hardness,and 27 test crosses were formed.The production ability of these test crosses were analyzed.The results show that:the harder the endosperm,the better the physical characters and the poorer the protein quality of kernds.The crosses with the highest positive SCA effect values for yield per plant were QI205×Y76,and QI205×Y77.The endosperm hardness of Offspring was all 3.
