高校教师健康状况调查与分析——以河北科技师范学院为例

摘　　要：以河北科技师范学院教职工为例进行了健康状况调查。通过对患病较高的15个指标在各年龄段的患病率进行统计,以及不同性别之间的比较,发现1 727名受检者中,1 470名被检测出有不同程度的异常,阳性率达85.1%。其中高血脂占48.6%,前列腺增生占男性30.8%,脂肪肝占29.2%,高血压占26.1%,高血糖占21.8%;前列腺增生、高血压、高血糖、心电图异常、肝肾囊肿、胆囊壁毛糙的患病率随年龄的增长而增高;高血压、高血糖、心电图异常、肝肾囊肿、胆囊壁毛糙、转氨酶增高男性患病率显著高于女性;女性50岁后,高血脂、脂肪肝、高血压患病率急剧升高。结果显示高校教师健康状况不容乐观,应及时进行健康教育。The health of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology staff was investigated.According to the statistics of 15 indexes of higher morbidity of the faculty members in different ages and sex,1 470 were found abnormality among 1 727 examined persons,with the positive ratio of 85.1%,which include 48.6% hyperlipimia,29.2% fatty liver,26.1% hypertension,21.8% hyperglycemia and 30.8% prostate hyperplasia among males.The incidence of hypertension,hyperglycemia,prostate hyperplasia,abnormal ECG,abnormal chest X-ray result,renal and heptic cysts and Gallbladder wall coarseness increased with age growth,which was higher among the males than the females.After 50 years old,the morbidity of hypertension,hyperlipimia and fatty liver among females increased sharply.The results showed that the health of faculty members is not optimistic,and it is necessary to instruct them the healthy life.
