三氟乙酸掺杂的聚苯胺微/纳米管的制备和表征

摘　　要：三氟乙酸(TFA)为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,在氧化还原反应过程中,通过改变三氟乙酸和苯胺(An)单体的物质的量比([TFA]/[An]),实现了聚苯胺微/纳米结构的可控自组装。在较低的苯胺浓度下,即[TFA]/[An]=2或1时,聚苯胺形态为颗粒状;随着反应体系中苯胺浓度的升高,物质的量比[TFA]/[An]=0.5,0.25时,产物能形成聚苯胺微/纳米管,其外径大约为200 nm^300 nm,空心处内径大约为30 nm^80 nm,微/纳米管表面凹凸不平,存在圆球状聚苯胺颗粒。聚苯胺微/纳米管为掺杂态,在电子吸收光谱中,分别在350 nm附近和630 nm处出现吸收峰。聚苯胺微/纳米管的电导率为10-3S/cm^10-4S/cm。XRD结构分析表明,聚苯胺微/纳米管为部分结晶性材料。The self-assembled micro/nanostructure of polyaniline was controllably obtained by changing the molar ratio of the trifluoroacetic acid（TFA） to aniline（An） in the presence of trifluoroacetic acid used as the dopant and ammonium persulfate as oxidant.The shape of doped polyaniline is granular when the molar ratio of / is equal to 2 or 1,while the morphology of polyaniline turned into hollow micro/nanotubes with the inner diameter from 30 nm to 80 nm and the outer diameter from 200 nm to 300 nm as the molar ratio of / is changed to 0.5 or 0.25.The uneven surface of micro/nanotubes is consisted of spherical polyaniline particals.There are absorptions in the U.V.spectra of polyaniline at about 350 nm and 630 nm,corresponding to the transitions involving the electrons in the benzene ring double bond（π-π＊） and quinone ring double bond（π-π＊）,respectively.The conductivity of micro/nanotubes is from 10-3 S/cm to 10-4 S/cm.The X-ray diffraction experiment suggests that the micro/nanotubes of polyaniline are partly crystal.
