基于GPRS的LED屏信息发布系统及在设施农业气象服务中的应用

摘　　要：在面临紧急气象灾害时,加强气象预警信息发布的实时性、针对性是不懈的要求。利用GPRS无线网络、LED显示技术,基于VB.net和AT指令等开发平台设计了一种基于GPRS网络的无线LED屏数据更新显示系统,并介绍了该系统的设计方案和软硬件的实现。将该系统应用于天津地区的设施农业气象服务中,取得了良好的服务效果,解决了气象信息实时发布在农村的"最后一公里"问题。In face of emergency meteorological disasters,the demand to strengthen meteorological early warning information issued by real-time and pertinence is unremitting.Based on the VB.net and AT injunction,a system with wireless LED screen displaying and data updating based on GPRS network was designed by using the internet and GPRS wireless technology and LED display technology,and the project and realization of the soft-hardware was also recommended in this paper.This system has achieved favorable effect and solved the＂final one kilometer＂matter of meteorological information issued in the country.
